I thought Ace would have stayed with Izama whilst he was dying. Cradled him or something. But they were like "nope, too late!" Then whilst they turned their backs Izama went through a whole monologue without them presumably hearing? It could have been more powerful than it was.
But then...
...do Class Zero even have any emotions? Seeing how (SPOILER)they were "created" by Al-Racia or whatever she's called? Well, at least we know now why they're named after cards...they're just puppets :O (Just got to chapter 2 and not sure if that was mentioned at the beginning of that or the end of 1)
