Dangit. Tougher than I would have thought.
In the end, though, Aeris's theme is a timeless classic and has all the feels a person could ever want, even if on a technical level it's not the best Uematsu has to offer.
Not such a "Fierce Battle" so far.

I voted for Fierce Battle and felt a bit sad, really. I didn't do it to be contrarian or because it was losing.
Don't worry. I almost voted for it out of pity, and that was before anyone else had voted.
It's a good song that got a bad draw. The unintentional irony is its consolation prize.
