I'll go with Little Finger because I like the idea of a crafty person born from nothing working his way up the ranks.
I know a lot of people want Dany or Jon, but this many seasons later I've come to expect the unexpected. There's always something in the way of what you want.

Sansa. Martin said it's all about bittersweet endings and her fantasies of becoming Queen at the beginning of the series would nicely contrast with everything it took to actually get her there, especially after she lost everything.
Rickon Stark, King in the North and South. Bran will probably sacrifice himself doing something foolish. The rest will all kill each other when Dany finally shows up.

That ending kind of would be justice with how many people died and betrayed each other just to play the game.
I think this myself, actually. I think whoever is left will know the danger of their power - Dany is already seeing it now with the slaves and their masters revolting. I don't think it will be a case of 'X is on the Throne. The End' I think maybe there will be a few kings/queens. Like, Sansa would be Queen of the North and other people would rule elsewhere - so there wouldn't be 1 king for the entire 7 kingdoms!
Plus, with everything that's happening with the wall and the white walkers - they're gonna all have to band together and fight together against them and bloody well get over it.
After considering things carefully, I'm going with Bronn. Name one person who has risen up the ranks faster than him.

Nah, Bronn has gone up the ladder way faster in my opinion. While Baelish was born to a fairly nothing house, Bronn was not born to any house I know of at all. He spent his life going up the ranks and that would have taken quite some time, eventually he reaches the small council around the start of the series. So he's already worked his way up - over many, many calculated years - and is pretty high on the ladder.
Bronn, meanwhile, starts off as a mercenary at the beginning of the series, a genuine nobody, and is now sitting pretty in a position of nobility. How fast did he do that? Pretty damned fast. If you go by speed of progression up the ladder, Bronn has everyone aced right now.
