I'm a big fan of the original Wild Arms and have been playing it again recently. I love the music, tools, simple spell crafting system, surprising number of hidden bosses, and some of the story elements. It's certainly far from perfect, but I like it well enough.

Unfortunately, I don't think the rest of the series ever lived up to the first title. They weren't bad, but more . . . super average.
