Yes, you'll just have to re-download them.
Yup! I actually use a separate HDD for my steam Library, so I don't have to install all my games over and over again. the only games I install on my main drive are the ones I play all of the time.

Yeah, they'll just send you an e-mail code to verify yourself, because they'll know it's a new computer is all
