How does Avengers: Age of Ultron compare to The Avengers (2012)?

Is one of these movies better than the other for you? Or do you like them both equally? Or are you just indifferent on both Avengers movies? By the way, it's okay if you spoil the movie for me, because I've already read up on all the spoilers on ScreenRant.com just because I don't care about spoilers in a movie, at all.

Age Of Ultron is better than the first Avengers movie. There was a lot more in terms of story and action too. I'm not dissing the first Avengers movie either, that one was pretty damn good too. Then Captain America: The Winter Soldier came out and it was even better than The Avengers. It is tied with Age Of Ultron in my opinon for best Marvel movie.

Loki was a better villain than Ultron.

Ultron just had a motive very similar to Skynet from Terminator.

Loki wanted to enslave mankind and rule over them as a god.
