Meaning setting aside a time to exercise and doing it. I don't mean like "Well I had to move my friend's piano" type of exercise.

Yeah, I usually aim for about 3 runs/Insanity workouts a week. At the minute though all my spare time is spent doing the house up.
I'll occasionally have barren spells where I don't exercise for weeks and trough out. Then I'll get back into it and feel better.
Not enough, it would seem. I used to exercise at least two times a week, but that's a long time ago. I want to start doing that again.

I've been taking Penny to the dog park which is about 2 miles round trip, but my back has been killing me lately.
Never, but I figure I do enough lifting and running around at work, so it balances out.
I was working out 4-5 days a week but have been having to avoid the gym the past two weeks because every other freaking day I have tornado sirens going. SO I'm just chillin and sleeping a lot.
I work out every day for at least 30 minutes. Three for four days a week I will run to work in the morning (or run during lunch) and go to the gym in the evening.
No. Don't care to. I'm not overly out of shape and I've been losing weight without it.

I try to every day, although I've fallen off a bit this week. I will try to do at least 3-4 HIIT work outs, with something a bit less intense in between.
