Everyone loves remastered games, right? What about a game that's a browser game? Square Enix has said that Kingdom Hearts III wont come out until after Final Fantasy XV is released. That leaves us a little dry on new Kingdom Hearts games. Thanks to Japanese magazine Famitsu, that drought is over! Okay, maybe it's a small rain cloud. Kingdom Hearts: Unchained Chi was announced to be released later this year in Japan.

Kingdom Hearts Chi is a browser based game for Japan only. It's a sidescrolling MMORPG that has each player acting as a Keyblade wielder during the Great Keyblade War. It is supposed to have ties to the upcoming Kingdom Hearts III but the extent of that is unknown.

Kingdom Hearts: Unchained Chi will be available on Android and iOS later this year. There have been no reports on if we'll see a western released but with how many recent western released Square Enix mobile games we've seen, it wouldn't be a surprise if we saw Unchained Chi outside of Japan.

Square Enix is slated to show more information about both Kingdom Hearts III and Kingdom Hearts: Unchained Chi at this years E3.
