I'd like to be Grand Maester as I like knowing and learning things. But not Slytherin things like the Master of Whispers, I like Ravenclaw things. And it seems like a fairly easy going job assuming the royal family doesnt constantly get themselves injured or sick. And even if they die while Im on the job I can blame it on the Commander of the Kingsgaurd
The only downside is that it takes a lot of effort to become a maester in the first place and I probably wouldnt be able to do it with a massive library and no wikipedia
