Marian is a witch who "heals" people, by which I mean she tests her experimental drugs on them. Especially her friend Collette. But she does mean well (I think). She has a very lively personality and almost always has a smile on her face.
Sofia is a girl that speaks in opposites when her text is displayed in red. She developed this for a surprisingly touching reason, but in the meantime it leads to some interesting and sometimes amusing situations. She's also a very sweet girl.
From Rune Factory Tides of Destiny:

Violet is a Nurse and the younger sister of Lily that we saw earlier in the tournament. She's very shy and soft-spoken and has an obvious crush on the hero.
Electra is the daughter of the mayor who works several jobs to help support the family. She thinks of maybe going to study away from the island to be a better asset to the people of the island.
And the second bracket from Lord of Magna:

Beatrix is an early arrival character, and an archer. She believes that if you have a talent or skill you should use it the best you can to benefit others and she also believes in doing everything as well as you can. A perfectionist of sorts, if you will. She's very quiet and seems a bit cold, but she very much wants friends and feels insecure about how introverted she is.
Diana is the second in command of the characters, and a skilled fighter who works hard to hone her skills. She has poor social skills and struggles to interact with others, which can lead to some awkward conversation. She is always serious, except when it comes to her teddy bears, where she feels like she can express herself more.
