Ugh. Sorry I've been so behind!
From Tales - Pascal
I do like genius female technicians going against the mold, so I'm going for Pascal. I love her outfit as well, and her hair! Jade is pretty unique, but I'm going for the brighter, friendlier character.
From Tales - Kohaku
Kohaku again is just the more interesting character. I'm not really feeling Colette's blond hair, blue eyes purity look. Her backstory, about being a sacrifice appears interesting, but I'm not sure how her character develops as the story progresses, while with Kohaku you literally see her character develop, piece by piece.
From Tales - Elize
Her overall look is very interesting, sort of Gothic with a touch of Victorian. Red Mages also don't appear terribly often, which is a bonus. Judith just doesn't really interest me, I've not a clue about her personality. Besides, I love snarky characters, so I feel I'd want to know Elize more.
From Ys - Cruxie
Two hammer users, and I remember voting for both of them, so this is arguably the toughest choice in this set. On balance, I think I'll go for Cruxie, because her terminal illness gives a new dimension to her character. Calilica is very interesting, but her character has been done before; she's basically a pinker, more intelligent Amy Rose from Sonic the Hedgehog.
From Atelier - Lionela
Lionela beat Sterkenberg, who I thought was pretty interesting personally, but that was ages ago, so I'll let that one go.
This is another tough choice because they are pretty different characters, so it is hard to really evaluate them fairly. But I will go for the Sterk-killer, Lionela. Primarily, she just comes across as more interesting. Keina is sweet, yes, but her role in the story appears to be Meruru's friend and maidservant; there's nothing much to her that I can see. While there's a hint of a ~touching and mysterious~ past to Lionela.
That, and cat puppets.
