Time for another round! Also, I'm surprised Kika had to go to a tie-breaker; I thought she'd win that one pretty easily.
Legends of Mana: Oh wow this is all kinds of confusing: I imagine you kinda have to play the game to really get the story behind both of them. But I'm a hopeless romantic so that Matilda wants to be with her half-demon lover no matter the consequences is rather sweet, so I shall go with Matilda.
Xenosaga: Someone will have to explain the difference between Xenosaga and Xenogears: I've played neither! of the two 'human non-humans', I'll go with MOMO. I've always found sentient robot/A.I captivating in games: EDI in the Mass Effect trilogy encapsulates this; her wanting to understand what it is to think and feel like a human. That, and her romance with the human Joker is just adorable.
But enough about other games. I'll go with MOMO because non-humans have emotions and feelings too, and I think her struggle with that is very emotionally powerful, to me at least.

I'm going to go ahead and post up the next two brackets!
From Final Fantasy IV:
VS
Porom is a protege white mage from the village of mages. In IV, she is quite young, but wise and mature beyond her years. She also keeps her twin brother in check, as he is much more vulgar and rude than she is. In The After Years, she takes care of the village and the Elder of Mysidia, placing the good of her town before her self.
Cid is a mastermind engineer who designed the Red Wings, the strongest airship fleet in the world. He is very much against the war and always has a sunny disposition and a smile on his face. He's an old friend of Cecil and Rosa and a strong supporter of their relationship.
From Hyperdevotion Noire:
VS
Poona is a slow talking gal, generally pacifistic and sweet, although she'll do what she needs to for those she cares about. She's a great mage to have in battle as she has both useful offensive spells and area healing spells. She is quite fond of the Bon Bon that floats above her head. She is based on the Opoona games, which I haven't even heard of! She faces off against the party after they've been tricked by another character, and she joins after the misunderstanding has been cleared up.
Little Rain is very calm and demure and is thought of as a saint by her village. This doesn't stop them for taking her generosity and selflessness for granted though, as they are easily willing to sacrifice her for themselves. Thinking it's for the good of the people, she agrees, but when she learns that they've been taking her for granted, she goes berserk and gets rather violent. She's based on Little Snow from the Blazing Souls series. It tends to rain when she's around.

What kind of name is Poona, even? It not only looks weird, it sounds weird.

Porom and Little Rain because she has a moon stick.

Final Fantasy IV: Not much love for kickass five year olds are there? I'll go for Porom.
Hyperdevotion Noire: A tough choice. Poona's slow talking would really grate on me but Little Rain seems like she could snap at any moment. But I'll go for Little Rain because I like the rain, so we have a connection there.

I think this is the first bracket where I'm genuinely disappointed that someone didn't get through: MOMO.

I am probably never going to vote, because I am mean like that, but I just wanted to express my joy that Kika got through because she is the best character in SuikoIV.
