I think he would survive but ONLY if he did a superclench of some kind. He would have to know just about when it was going to blow and clench his ASSHOLE at the exact right time. Crucially, this would necessitate him knowing the nuke was there in the first place - a clever villain could sneak one in and that would be the end of superman
