If we're including cartoons it's a toss up between the Batman and X-Men animated series for me. If it's just live action I have no idea. I'd probably say Arrow just on word of mouth alone.
For animated it's always going to be Batman TAS. The whole DC animated universe really. That trout was amazing on a level most series in general only hope for.
For live action it's Arrow. Largely because it's pretty awesome and has had the side benefit of not pissing me off every season like Smallville did.
