    My favourite ice cream ever was the so-called 'Hedgehog' ice cream they have at St. Agnus Beach, Cornwall.
    It was a rich, creamy vanilla, with ample dashings of hazelnuts, chocolate and clotted cream. Mmmm... calorific.
