The European version of FF:A comes with FF4 and FF5. In Europe, FF6 was sold on its own as a PS1 game (since the SNES version never came out there).The American version comes with FF5 and FF6. FF4 came with another bundle named Final Fantasy Chronicles, which came with Chrono Trigger (never release in Europe until 2008).
I have the single FF VI Eur version and the loading times are fine. I have no idea about our version of FF4 and FF5 though, since I didn't buy them and I borrowed them from a friend yonks ago. :/
