I'm fine with this as long as the others are. Let's see what they have to say. While I do pull the final shots, I want this tournament to be as democratic as possible.

Now now, Pumpkin. Remember what happened last time?
im ok with a trade for evolution.
your team is already ready? :l
"Yeah, geez Bern. Did you actually
EV-train nonstop ever since
you recieved those mons?"
"Of course not! I just happen to
be a very efficient slavedriv- err,
I mean... pokémon trainer. I know
how to get things done, unlike you."
"You see, when I train my minions, I
simply slap some extra weights on
them, forcing them to work harder. Then,
I spread an infectious virus among them
which forces additional growth upon them.
Then, while in these states, I make them
sweep through hordes of opponents. With
this method, their EVs are going to be
maxed out within 10 battles or so. When
only a few points are required somewhere, I
can use protei- ...I mean 'strength enchancing
drugs' to minimize time wasted on this
boring and silly 'super-training' nonsense."
"Aaaaaaand, what about the levels?"
"Raiding bases, killing Blisseys."
EV training is boring but essential to defeat you all!
Where do you get Macho Brace or Pokerus?

You get the Macho Brace by defeating the family in the house north of Mauville City. Though, if you have made it to the Battle Resort, won some and have the BP to spare, getting the "weight items" is even better, as they add a 4 EV bonus to every pokemon you beat.
As for pokérus, I can trade you an infected pokemon if you want to. I thiiiiiink I got your FC already...?
I'll try to hit you up later for pokerus, thanks! How do you spread it once you have it?

As long as you have an infected pokemon in your party, it will have a chance to spread to the pokemons next to it in your party after every battle.
Just be careful: you want to box your Pokerus spreader once you're done spreading pokerus to the other mons in your party, because any pokemon left in your party past midnight will stop infecting other pokemons. It will still gain the pokerus EV bonuses, but the pokerus won't spread.
I've encountered Pokerus twice in all my playthroughs of Pokemon. It is frighteningly rare. Ultima Shadow is correct: box them up sharpish! I'd box up several pokemons, just to play it safe.
