Oh my. Bidoof?! Good luck with that. Also-ran Pokemon if ever I saw one. At most, you can make Bibarel into a vague HP Tank. That's the fancy term for 'meat shield'. Buneary sort of falls into the same 'meh' category.
Zorua is good once evolved and Magikarp will be very respectable when it evolves into Gyarados. It's X4 weakness to electric will cripple it very easily though.
EDIT: Just googled what Audino does. It's... okay? It has decent defense and Sp. Defense stats, and learns some good supporting moves. I'd use it as a poor man's Blissey. Still not a clue as to how to improve Sunkurn though. Evolve it with the Leaf Stone as soon as you can, really. It's highest stat is the Sp. Attack so work with that. If you can give it any type variety, that would be good as it naturally learns only grass type moves. Most Grass types can learn Poison moves, so that is a start.
Shai has the better of the two groups here, I think. Larvitar can grow into a monster, Togepi is very usable, Axew evolves into Haxorus... there's actually not a single pokemon there that I could say is 'bad'.

i alrady know 1 rule for the battles, something i hate with all my guts: switching pokemon in and out and in and out and in
p.s i just prevented my eevee from evolving. i'd like to know if the choice flareon/leafeon is permanent so i can make me evolve

Well, those are just the best suited ones for the nature. If you want Leafeon, just go and level near a moss stone and you'll be done with it.
Evolve your Eevee however you want, tbh.
