meh, i kept wondering why my pokemon wouldnt evolve. usually with 2 evolutions they would have the 1st one around lvl 16 (mostly the starters).
but the first (next) evolution in my team will be at lvl 30 :o

My favorite place is Restaurant Le Wow. Slap on Exp. Power 3, and go into battle.
The Elite Four are always an option, but I feel like you don't get as much out of them, especially since you have to keep re-applying Exp. Power 3 each battle, and they don't have Level boosts when you rematch them.
