    ............

Soft shell, with a corn tortilla. That's been heated up over a low gas flame or in a dry skillet (preferably gas flame).. Or grilled. None of that heating up in the microwave bs.

I will make homemade hard shell tacos on occasion though. I'll do ground beef with chopped russet potato, garlic, onion, jalepeno, and some seasonings and maybe add just a little bit of tomato sauce. Then I'll lightly fry a corn tortilla until it's soft enough to fold in half, add some of the filling, fold, and fry in oil until crispy!

I'm not really a fan of flour tortillas anymore. They're too filling. Plus corn ones are much better for you.

No real preference. They're both fantastic.
My friend Delzethin is currently running a GoFundMe account to pay for some extended medical troubles he's had. He's had chronic issues and lifetime troubles that have really crippled his career opportunities, and he's trying to get enough funding to get back to a stable medical situation. If you like his content, please support his GoFundMe, or even just contribute to his Patreon.

He can really use a hand with this, and any support you can offer is appreciated.
