Jeez as in Jesus' nickname.
I tend to use jeez more nowadays. Can't remember the last time I spelt it with a G.
If you sound it out its Geez. It definitely starts with a "G"
It's pronounced the same way regardless of how you spell it. Unless you're British, or French, or German...

If I stopped to think about it when I spelt it I'd write jeez since it's short for Jesus but usually I just use either.
