Is Final Fantasy Your Favorite JRPG Series?

There are a lot of JRPG fans around these parts. Is FF your favorite or is there another series closer to your heart? What is it, if so?

It's really the only JRPG series I am heavily invested in, so, despite its flaws, I can never let Final Fantasy go.

MegaTen and all it's spinsoffs take my number one spot. But Final Fantasy does share a close number 2 with Tales and Neptunia.

Final Fantasy is my favorite, and it's the only JRPG series I like these days. Unless we're counting Kingdom Hearts as a JRPG series separate from FF, then I like that one as well, but I personally don't consider it a JRPG or entirely separate from the FF blitzkrieg.

It's a shame Lost Odyssey didn't turn into a series. That's the last non-FF JRPG that I really liked.

I hold the Breath of Fire series in equal regard. I'm also quite partial to Luner: Silver Star Story Complete. but slightly less so.

The MegaTen series is by far definitely my favorite series ever, so Final Fantasy isn't my number 1, but it's in my top 5!

For me Breath of Fire is close, but FF wins for being my first JRPG.

I think overall I prefer MegaTen and Kingdom Hearts, but FF is still very dear to my heart!

A lot of people like killing Patrick Stewart's head it seems.

FF is pretty much the only JRPG series I've played, unless we count Xenosaga. Well I guess there's also Star Ocean. But since my experience with that series is one okay game and the worst JRPG I've ever played, it's not really a competition with FF.

I'd suggest Breath of Fire 2. It's a great JRPG that was very unique. That game holds as one of my favorite over many of the FF's

Yes, it's my favorite. I've played a few other games here & there from other series & have liked them, but FF is by far my favorite.
