Melodies of Life, not only is it a beautiful song but how well it transforms into the orchestral version of the main FF theme really gave that game a serious sense of finality that most games in the series have never quite been capable of doing.

Absolutely man. Much feels when that song comes on.

Melodies gets me vote but Eyes on Me is arguably more significant, because it came first, was so tied to the love story and its themes, and had a nice international vibe with a very well known Chinese singer.
