It's the latest instalment of the MCU - I wasn't planning to see this (Edgar Wright leaving the project was a real shame), but there's been some decent reviews so I may be tempted to give it a go. Thoughts/reactions?

"Excuse me Miss, do you like pineapple?"
It doesn't come out to the US until tomorrow. I'm hoping to see it in theaters, but if not I'll have to see if it comes up on Graboid.
I'll look at it if I get a chance to go to the cinema. I like Paul Rudd.
Str8 Pimpin'
Everyone likes Paul Rudd, he's like the male Anna Kendrick.

My set should express my feelings.
I plan on seeing it tomorrow. Something about it looks and feels overwhelmingly different from the other MCU films. Almost like it doesn't take itself seriously.
I like Kung-Fu.
Oh. Wait. I'm dumb.
I thought this was a documentary on a trans gendered person called Aunt Man. Whoops, my bad!
It's...OK. Paul Rudd is an appealing lead and there's some flashes of wit (especially in the final act, the only time the film really comes alive), but there's a lot of sappy blah to get through and they waste Evangeline Lilly and Judy Greer. Would have been more fun with Edgar Wright on board probably.
The bit with The Cure's Plainsong made me laugh though.

Judging by history, this will probably be good. Marvel seems to have a hold on how to turn these lesser-known heroes into good movie franchises.
Proud to be the Unofficial Secret Illegal Enforcer of Eyes on Final Fantasy!
When I grow up, I want to go toBovineTrump University! - Ralph Wiggum
I love this movie. Marvel nails it yet again. Lots of good stuff in this one. Don't want to give anything away, but it's entertaining as smurf. I'm now even more excited for Civil War.
Best part of the movie

It was a pretty good heist movie, but for a Marvel movie it felt like there wasn't as much love put into it as any of the others. It reminded me of The Sorcerer's Apprentice, it was a fun watch but something felt off. (Don't read too much into that, it's still miles better than The Sorcerer's Apprentice)
But Scott Lang is not your typical superhero, so it makes sense that he didn't get a typical superhero movie. It ties in well with the rest of the Marvel cinematic universe, and that's really all I care about.
