FFXIII: the lesbianing wasn't aggressive, more subtexty, more for the most part. I wish the game had just come out and said they were lovers, rather than tiptoeing around it in an effort not to offend people.

FXIII-2: Lightning didn't die. She went into a crystal sleep in order to survive Valhalla merging with the living world and the release of Chaos, so that she could carry Serah's memory to the end of time.

Caius did die, sort of. Yeul uses her power to keep him in an undead half-life sort of thing.
