I was introduced to the series through the first game. My brother had it for PlayStation and we'd play together. I remember being so frightened by the game I couldn't play it by myself. I never played the second game and have been informed I can't now because of it reliance on online play or something. I have the third game for PS3, but like a lot of games I own I still haven't gotten around to playing it yet.
