Read this yesterday which I though was very sad - The 97th Hillsborough victim.

All three of them are capable of running at players and getting past them, and of scoring goals. Sure, Lingard may not be as much a #9 as the other two, but he's still an immense talent in the team coming through at the same time.

Also, not claiming he'll be amongst the people clamouring for player of the year awards a la those you mentioned, but more claiming he is among a trio of players who have made a notable difference, all in the same way, to our team's style of play.
100%

Good shout with Fletch. His physique is the similar cause of why he's been a relatively late bloomer. He should have been given a chance earlier in his career but through negligence just wasn't, same sort of situation with Pereira right now. Lingard has been hugely underrated for us IMO. He makes so much things happen and drags defenses with his runs. I can guarantee that next season under a new manager we'll see more of him, where players aren't so isolated up front as we see under LVG. It's why we find it hard to score tap-ins or easy goals. Excited to think what potential that leaves Martial + Rashford with.

What signings do you think Man United need next season?
