I agree with shion; Snowe is an awful person and I refuse to use him on principal, even if he is part of the consensus-best party. SIV is pretty much alone in the fact that it even has one of those.

And that list is pretty cool. I am amused that Snowe is below-average in most stat categories. His unite with Lazlo is really the only reason he's notable. What number is the stat for arm strength?
