It's only (almost) August and I've probably watched The Inbetweeners 4 times this year. I love that show. It's stupid, it's funny. It's a really nice show for background noise and laughs, and I really like to watch it when I'm sick. It's also pretty short (you can watch the entire series in just a day) so that helps as well. Doesn't feel like too much of a commitment.
Another show for me is It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. I use it as a "secondary" show. When I'm not feeling like watching something serious or even just something that requires me to pay attention. I usually have it on loop/once I finish it, I start over again. I will say, though, that I ALWAYS skip over the Revolutionary War episode because that episode is just annoying, not funny in the least.
I'm also about to re-watch Coupling, which is another show I've seen a million times and can get through in a few days. Gavin and Stacey too.
I like British tv.
