How is hummus full of fat? There's like maybe a tablespoon or two of olive oil in a litre worth of hummus. The rest is lemon juice, herbs, garlic and salt. Oh and tahini which is essentially sesame seed purée. Not a lot of fat in it. Unless the premade is filled with fat. Homemade ain't that bad at all. I make it all the time at work.
Roasted red pepper hummus > every other kind.
