My problem with Romulans is that they make a big show but they're actually really incompetent. Like once there was actually a competent Romulan but it turned out that he was actually a Changeling. Mister Adequate and I thought that was friggin hilarious and we still joke about that.

Anyways Cardassians are the hottest so my vote goes to them.
