I usually am. Mostly because if I don't get a certain amount of sleep (about 7.5 hours) I get reeeeally cranky and headachey.

Mostly. I try to be in bed between 9:30-11:30. Sometimes I make it early, other times I don't. I get cranky if it's later but I never go past that time anymore, unless it's a weekend.

Yup. If I want to wake up at 6:30 not feeling like trash, and I do need to get up at 6:30 every day, then yeah, keeping a proper sleep schedule is crucial.
Depends if I have something important to do the next day, in which case I get my ass to bed.
I go to bed at various hours, but usually I get enough sleep. :P
Yeah, I try and aim for 10 pm- 11pm, but sometimes I slip and end up going to bed at 1am or 2am. :/
Not really. If I 'need' to be up early, I will go to bed at around midnight. But if I've only got stuff to do in the evening, then yeah, I'll stay up till 1:00 or 2:00am.
Admittedly, it is a bad habit.
I barely do. I have to get up @ 5:30 on workdays & don't get to bed until after 12. I try for 11:30, but that doesn't always work.

But Matt and I are generally pretty okay at getting to bed by our allotted bed time. 11pm at the moment, but we sometimes go to bed earlier depending on how we're feeling.
