On things like YouTube, I can hear the video just fine, but I can't see anything but green. Does anyone know what I have to do to fix this? I am using Windows 8.1 if that makes a difference.

I would try updating Flash.
I would stop using flash at all
If they can't do videos without using a flash player, i just don't care anymore
everything is wrapped in gray
i'm focusing on your image
can you hear me in the void?
It's the booger virus.
Right click the video and select "Enable Hardware Acceleration". Just toggle it off if it's on, or turn it on if it's off. Then reload the window and see if that helps.
My friend Delzethin is currently running a GoFundMe account to pay for some extended medical troubles he's had. He's had chronic issues and lifetime troubles that have really crippled his career opportunities, and he's trying to get enough funding to get back to a stable medical situation. If you like his content, please support his GoFundMe, or even just contribute to his Patreon.
He can really use a hand with this, and any support you can offer is appreciated.
I tried that, and it sort of worked; I could see the video, but it kept pixelating, and going out of synch. Thanks though.
The good news is, I have a new computer now, and I can see YouTube videos now. If I have the problem again, I will try updating Flash like Spuuky suggested.
