This is being made by the people who made ingress. I was pretty obsessed with that for a while. So this should be pretty damn good too!

Idk, using augmented reality to catch, trade and battle seems rad as hell even without the trailer. It's pretty corny, tbh. Though they could do the three pixie Pokemon tie in with lakes. Actually, it might give people an excuse to go outside and enjoy the outdoors. I'm less skeptical about it now.

I was talking more about the trailer showing hundreds of attractive people who are all playing the game together when in reality most people will just be battling their friends.
