    Default Lets not mince words

General topic: Whats your favourite type of mince? Which animal? What percentage fat or lean?

side topic: I bought a bunch of burger buns to eat over a fortnight and didnt want to only eat beef so I bought 500g of beef and 500g of lamb mince. I like to use 200g of mince per burger so now Im left with 100g of each. is there any reason not to mash two different types of meat it all into one paddy or should I cook them seperately?

I like turkey mince and I use it a lot as it's cheap, tasty, and versatile! Favourite recipe is turkey meatballs. They are the trout!

And you can definitely mix the mince up too, they do that for sausages! You could make mince koftas and spice them up and have them in pittas with a salsa and yoghurt dressing!

Mashed together burger sounds amazing, do it and report back! I prefer lamb mince to beef mince but I still enjoy both.

It was great, nice and juicy, no negative side effects detected as of yet

Neither meat overpowered the other, it tasted like biting into two burgers at the same time. I cant think of anything to compare it to. It did not taste like chicken. 4/5 but that last point was probably because of the quality and arrangement of the non meat parts of the burger.
