Starbursts or Mambas

I'm curious about these Mambas now since I've never had any. Where might I find some?

For a while we were selling them at Target in the dollar section. Big huge tubes of them, too!

Shame Target is dead in Canada.

Odd, since Minnesota is practically southern Canada.
