(SPOILER)The end where Mami's head gets bitten off? Yeah, it all goes downhill from there...
I recently watched Good Luck Girl, and Haganai on the Funimation streaming site. Both are funny shows with good dubbing. Not that I'm surprised since Funiatmion always been good with that.
I also saw Kotoura-san on Netflix and that has to have the most depressing first act to any episode I have ever witnessed. Goddamn!
Just One Punch Man and JoJo's Bizarre Adventures.
True beauty exists in things that last only for a moment.
Current Mood: And it's been a long December and there's reason to believe. Maybe this year will be better than the last. I can't remember all the times I tried to tell myself. To hold on to these moments as they pass...
So FMA: Brotherhood is pretty much phenomenal so far.
I checked out the first episode of SAO on Anime Lab, the new anime streaming service on the PS3. It seems interesting and fun, with a really striking visual style, so I think I'll keep watching.
Might also get around to checking out some Attack on Titan and Cowboy Bebop, as well as other respected classics available on Anime Lab.
SAO starts off strong but gets really, REALLY bad by the end. I was really hooked for the first half, but the latter part just left a sour taste in my mouth.
There's still lots of room on the "SAO was actually pretty decent all the way through" side so come join us if you like. Not a big crowd over here.
Just watching One Punch Man right now which is great. I've heard good things about the second season of K as well, so I might start watching that too. Still mostly busy being psyched as hell about Gyakuten Saiban and Rewrite coming sometime next year.
I haven't seen One Punch Man yet as it isn't on Crunchy and that's the only one I sub to. I'll get around to it - I really should have already tbh it's not like there's much else of note this season. I'm watching Yuru Yuri and Gochuumon wa Usagi Desu Ka for my cutesy slice of life fix, and Utawarerumono for my fantasy drama fix (although that's turned somewhat into Fujoshi - The Anime).
I feel obligated to watch Iron Blooded Orphans because apparently it's phenomenal, but I have not got around to it yet.
Gochuumon wa Usagi Desu Ka
We're still watching Dragon Ball Super just now, along with the above and uh...
Sakurako-san no Ashimoto ni wa troutai ga Umatteiru (crime drama + LEARNING the anime)
Shomin Sample (It is a terrible harem and is probably going to be dropped)
Taimadou Gakuen 35 Shiken Shoutai (military academy generic stuff but with decent characters)
Sakurako-san! Must...return...to that...
I watched the first 2 episodes, really liked it, and haven't watched any more yet. I just tend to always be more of a "let's watch cute girls serving coffee" mood than a "let's solve grisly murders from the remains" one.
It's official, Haganai is my new favorite anime. I get so absorbed into it it doesn't even feel like 20 minutes have past. Can't remember the last time anything ever made me fall out of my chair, either.
I am watching Dragon Ball Super.
