Yup, I can also touch my wrist to my toes and make my forehead touch the ground from an upright position. Yay for flexibility! I did TKD for a long time, so that's probably why.

Yes, but i was even crazier at my peak. I could put both my feet behind my head at once and all. Kinda can't do that anymore without hurting myself, and put my forehead to the floor from a sitting position without bending my knees.
Flexibility was about the only physical trait i excelled at.
