Noodles vs Pasta

I actually haven't had noodles in a really long time. I should really try some. A nice salty broth can be delectable.

I think they're talking more about the way that they're prepared. I.E. Do you prefer asian style noodle dishes or Italian style pasta dishes?

Noddles are noodles, pasta is pasta.

I guess there's some buckwheat, or spinach, or sweet potato noodles that are flavorful. The main noodles I can think of that hold their own or all the different guksu. Dotori guksu was pretty interesting.

Still, I care about the toppings and sauces that are served with them way more than the noodles.

I don't understand why you both couldn't just entertain a hypothetical that picks between two different cuisines, which was obviously the intent of the poll.
