    Default Castlevania 64

The game that Konami forgot. Or was that Silent Hills?

Fond childhood memories here. Anyone else played this game? I was always partial to Carrie. She's just more well-rounded than Reinhardt.

I bought it in good faith. Regretted it but it wasn't as bad as most make it out to be. I popped it in randomly throughout my adolescent years and it was mildly enjoyable. Sometimes. Never really got more than a few levels in usually though. But its a fun novelty to have lying around

I enjoy it a lot more than I'd like to admit.

I only ever got as far as level 3 as a kid. Managed to complete the first five levels on the run-through for the review, but didn't feel like replaying it as Carrie to get the rest of the game. The level where you have to carry the nitro (where you can't hit or jump even once) is bulltrout. They know how to crank up the intensity, I'll give them that.

Whenever I dust off my N64 for a bit of a retro night, I always end up throwing this game on. Then immediately regret doing so, and then I go back to GoldenEye.
