I want Rinoa :< And not because she's my bias but because Leon/Squall gets that letter from her (or at least it's implied that it's from her) in the credits of KH2, I wanna see that expanded upon (and Rinoa is never in cameos goshdarnit!) ^^
Also rather than Terra, I prefer Locke or Celes to make a cameo.
But yeah most of the FF characters appearances fall pretty flat for me too, I'm left wanting more character development/more actual importance to the plot. Squall had pretty good relevance to the plot compared to other cameos so I was pleased about that at least ^^
I want Raynn and Lann from the new World of Final Fantasy game but i don't think they would be in there, you know they only choose characters from the Main series games.
