Hidden Trophies for FFVII port on PS4

Has anyone got this? Does anyone know what the three hidden trophies are? I'm assuming they are the same trophies from the PC version.

Kill Emerald, Ruby and....Diamond Weapons. Which is odd, you'd think it would be Ultimate.

Huh, that is weird. Especially when it isn't even the team that kill Diamond Weapon.
