The Water Dragon from Rune Factory 3. He kidnaps your fiancee on your wedding day, you march into his liar start beating the crap outta him. He literally throws everything ever at you and when that doesn't work, he like "My bad, you have true love." And then runs away with his tail between his legs.

Oh yeah, Verma's post reminded me of something. Straybow in Live A Live is a pretty huge dick too.
