Haven't seen Bleach or NGNL. Elfen Lied is pretty hard to say if you'd end up liking it or disliking it, so I'll abstain. Of the other ones, CLANNAD is a great choice if you happen to be looking for more of something like Toradora. Just remember that it has a second season which is usually the one people never shut up about (and for good reasons). Seconded. One Punch Man is damn good. It's not complete (and won't be for ages), but what is there is certainly worth giving a watch.
Also, Baccano! and Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica. The former is a pretty awesome and fun ride, the latter... well, the less you know about it going into it the better. But it's definitely a top tier anime.
