    Relm Amiga talk

While I am happy I have the retro world of Playstation at my fingertips, my poor old Amiga 600 is languishing upstairs, crying out to me to someday set it up again, when I can set enough money aside that is. I have happy childhood memories of playing Rodland, Gem-X, Superfrog and prancing Zool about on top of a large cake. Does anyone miss their Amiga games? Or have one set up? Which Amiga games (not necessarily the 600, could be you have fonder memories of the Commodore 64) bring back memories?

I had an Amiga 1200 and it was my baby. Sensible Soccer, Cannon Fodder, Oscar, oh, all of it was beautiful.

went over to my friends, or even just the much older neighbour, to play amiga 500 almost every day. I bought one of my friends' amiga 500 a few years ago, as he was no longer using it. I haven't set it up as I lack the cables for it. I mostly got it as a collectable. I can emulate the games for it if i really want to play them

i brought a 500 over when i emigrated and realized quickly it doesn't use the same voltage lol
we were too poor to invest in a voltage switch or too stupid and we sent it back to my cousin
it languished in a garage and i think they sold it

Ive recently played Lemmings II The Tribes on the SNES i acquired a few years ago so I dont miss that game as much. I completed about half of that SNES version which in SNES terms for me means success. Another Amiga game that comes back to me is Pirates, the game just seemed to go round in circles but I didnt care, I was 11.

I... just found out that this console existed just a few days ago...

I think I've heard of the console before, somewhere in my memories, but I thought that it was Sega Amiga.

I used to use the deluxe paint to make lots of different coloured chickens all over the default works of art. I don't feel the need to comment further.

How easy is an Amiga to emulate and what do you fine people recommend?

More is coming back to me......Spectracolour and Deluxe Paint were something else. I drew a half human half monster once, using a tool that smeared and blended colours, and fantasy maps!

I remember taking Juventus to a glorious treble on Championship Manager Italia on the Amiga.

Sensible Soccer is one of my all time favourite football games though. I remember running downstairs after scoring a wonder goal and pleading with my Mum and her date to come upstairs and watch the replay. Mum was not pleased.
