Roast potatoes are the best. I'm also really partial to mashed potato, but I don't get to eat it much because Formy absolutely hates it so I can't cook it for us.
Mashed, deep fried, regular fried until crispy, baked, turned into casserole.

The only potato I can't get on with are new potatoes. I have to squash them with my fork and put butter on them.
Roast potatoes (done correctly) are my favourite with mash just behind.
