    Put it this way, if "you are what you eat" then I'm a potato.

    I have it every which way -baked, boiled, cooked, mashed, in a soup, in a salad, in a pie, in Gnocchi- BUT almost always without oil. Sweet potato I only like to eat baked. I had potato wedges with vegan aioli a couple days ago at some restaurant.

    I don't discriminate when it comes to potatoes. I'll eat them most way.
    Hubs made awesome garlic mashed potatoes last night and I think I ate my weight in them.

    Eating my weight in stuff is my specialty. Its amazing I'm not fat by now (all that excess angst burns most of it off but my thighs are huge)
