Honestly I think it's because I have an anxiety disorder. What it does is crank that up to eleven. If I didn't have brain problems it'd probably be fine.

I sometimes take some before going out, as it makes me more talkative and confident, usually. Also counteracts some of the bad effects of alcohol.
