It is Sem-ee. The same as Ant-ee war or ant-eebiotics.
Or if you're a Yorkshire lass and you're describing an attractive male - "Ant-ee got a nice faace?"
Depends on the situation with anti, but semi is always sim-eye.

Because the word exists in my mother tongue I usually read it like "un-tee". When I do say it in English conversation I say "ann-tie".
