I know it's optional but I'ma say Shepard and Liara!
Tarte and Hamil from Tears to Tiara II. It was horribly dramatic and badass and tragic and romantic and it was just a WHOLE THING
I know this tends to be my answer to every RPG thread, but the original Kingdom Hearts does it for me. It's not even a romance in the traditional sense, but instead a love story at its most base, beautiful level. The sweetness of it gives me a happy feeling inside.
